The Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) is an advance payment on the charter fee. It is designed to cover yachts running costs during the charter: fuel, marina fees, food and beverages for you and your charter party, etc. The difference between the money you pay in advance and the actual expenses at the end of your journey will either be refunded or you’ll pay for the exceeded amount if that is the case.
